We have established a web-site, which was designed to make things Easy and Paperless, with everything at your fingertips. This site allows you to "Apply” for a rental unit by filling out an application and submitting it through our site at just a click of a button. The site was also, designed to allow each Tenant to make "Rent Payments" and "E-mail all Maintenance Service Requests". Each Tenant will be given their own User Name and Password to keep everything private and secure.

About Our Company: Our Company was founded in 2001 by Richard Smith and Denise Smith. Our focus is on the rental market of Multi-Family and Single Family properties in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. We try to provide our tenants with the best suitable rental to meet their needs. Most of our properties were completely renovated.
